Yesterday I attended the Backyard BBQ event, which in my opinion, is the best way to end the weekend! It had a very laid back vibe, with the idea of having a BBQ, an old school DJ, who was playing records ( vinyl records) all night long. They even had a video game session of Street Fighter, so people were able to sit on beanbags and play street fighter for the evening!
This event was in collaboration with The Zoo Concept. The Zoo Concept is a quirky store located in Jumeriah Beach Road, as well as in Dubai Mall ( in the Level Shoe District area). In this store, you can find the quirkiest gadgets from Memo Mugs, to fashionable pieces such as; Sunglasses and funny t-shirts. You can even find books and stationary. If you like quirky gadgets, this is the place for you!
The event was the launch of Amongst Few's new collection. They an up and coming street-wear line and were selling their latest collection of Snapbacks, backpacks, hoodies and t-shirts.
They also showcased some of their pieces at Sole DXB( the last event that I blogged about).
From now, this brand has my support 100%!! I love their designs and the quality.
