Azza Gasim is a UK based interdisciplinary artist, who has always had a strong passion for the Art, Music, Fashion and Photography.
Throughout the years, I have been able to gain experience in both Dubai and UK, which have contributed to my creative outlook and my understanding of the creative industry as whole.
I have always had strong freehand skills and I learnt to build on that with computer design with softwares such as; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I am very passionate about pursuing my main interest in the design and creative aspect of the industry.
In addition to this, I have had the opportunity to intern at magazines such as One8One Magazine and Esquire Middle East. This is where I developed strong organisational and communicational skills working collectively as a team member or with initiative as an individual and now I am working as a social media and engagement officer for the Diversity Business Incubator, based in Plymouth to help support BAME businesses and encourage entrepreneurship within those communities.
I am eager to continue to build my knowledge and always open to any new opportunities and challenges where I can apply my creativity, individuality and ambition.
