Sneakers, Graffiti Arts and Hip Hip Culture
This weekend I was fortunate to go to Sole DXB again.
The first time I went to Sole DXB was in 2012 and I was blessed to have met so many incredible people and artists and have supported them for the last few years.

So for this year, they relocated from Al Quoz to Dubai Design District. A new place dedicated to Fashion and Retail.
Similar to last time, they had a lot of events, which included; few of graffiti artists showcasing their talents, some break dancers busting a few moves, basketball games with teams from around Dubai battling each other on the court and a tonne of sneaker and streetwear brands. These brands included well known sneaker brand such as; Vans, Foot Locker, Level Shoe District, Reebok, Puma and new Street Wear brands such as Wekafore, Levier, Juniors Be Junior and Amongst Few.
I was so inspired while I was there because of the hip hop culture a well as the fact that Sole DXB had talks. This was the place where designers and hip hip influencers from not only Dubai, but global designers could share some of their own experiences, as well as giving tips to the new generation.
It included Olaf Hussain, Daily Paper, Filling Pieces, The Recipe DXB and others.

To add to the list of events, on Friday night they had a special guest perform.
